Call/text 770-757-1492 or email Jackitty@bellsouth.net your request. Once I’ve scheduled your pet, you will receive a text/email confirmation.
EMERGENCY & LAST MINUTE REQUESTS
A service charge of $15 will apply to all visits requested “same day” as well as any services after normal business hours.
HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A $5 Surcharge will be added for each visit made the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
SPECIAL REQUEST CHARGE
A service fee of $25 will be applied to each visit requested to ensure you didn’t leave on any appliances, a drippy faucet, plant care or package/mail pick up, etc. This is called a “Home Check.”
CANCELLATION
I require 48-hour notice for cancellations and 7-day notice for Holidays. Clients cancelling under 48-hours are invoiced for half of the total service fee.
PAYMENT
Payment due upon 1st day of service. Make all checks payable to Sandy Herrmann.
LOCKS, ALARM CODES & PET CARE
If you changed any lock, alarm, or pet care details, it is critical that you notify me.
PET/HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES
Please ensure you have enough pet food, litter, & paper towels for the entire time you’re away. If I am transporting your pet along with his/her kibble bag, please secure the bag with tape, etc.
EMERGENCY CONTACTS
Please ensure I have all current contact information before you leave.
GUESTS
If you are having anyone else in your home while I am visiting your pet, please let me know in advance.
GROOMER & ROUTINE VET APPOINTMENTS
While your pet is in my care, please consult with me before scheduling any additional appointments such as grooming as I may have other commitments & a separate “Pet Taxi” service would need to be scheduled in advance.
